To export from PAPYRUS to EndNote:

The makers of EndNote have created a PAPYRUS output format designed for this very purpose. You can find the output format and instructions on its use at ftp://ftp.niles.com/pub/pc/import_utilities/PAPYRUS7/. (At least, that's where we found this stuff on the EndNote Web site the last time we looked.)

Note that EndNote has nothing corresponding to PAPYRUS's notecard feature. So transferring the information from your notecards will not be automatic.
